As a soloqueuer, whats the chance of being put with a 4 man party

I believe the last time I saw a number was 5% of the time. They said 95% (or close to it) was NOT 1-4. Also its solo que. Sometimes I wish my teammates wouldn't talk, especially when that person is toxic.
