repeated doging then getting a bad team

so this happens to me on a daily basis, usually half my games... i que up and then get into a lobby. then someone doges, back in que, get the same lobby 5-10 times becuase someone keeps dodging. on the last time, its a whole new group of people. no doge, get in game and the other team is the team i was part of those other times. usually they have someone who was in the same team that i am in now. that person feeds/does bad, but the rest of their team ( that was once my team) carries them. my team, all feeds, and no matter how much i try and help (im not perfect but i try) we get crushed. its really starting to get annoying. i dont mind losing a fair fight, but when i keep getting on the winning team for so many lobbies only to get doged and get put on the losing team. sorry for the rant, just needed to vent a little
