I think i got perma banned for using curse voice?

on the details of the ban it says i used an illegal 3d party software, the only thing i can think of is curse voice, ive been using it recently to hear my friends play when i spectate them doing duo's, just curious if curse voice is a bannable offence

i submitted a ticket to get support, i only recentlly installed curse voice and did so for the purpose of hearing my friends over the mic, yes i did spectate their games too and i did send messages to my friends in-game, but there is a 2minute delay on purpose to prevent cheating, im not sure i did anything wrong for this perma ban unless Riot explains

you were banned for using 3rd party tools, a.k.a. scripts. Your match history tells a tale of someone uses scripts for kalista/vayne/varus/blitzcrank/lucian, don't lie to yourself or anyone else. Curse voice doesn't ban.

Curse voice doesn't effect any part of the game and actually isn't detectable by riot without permission, since it's not messing with the lol process anymore.

If they detected a third party program then it was directly modifying, reading or writing, to the lol process. Funny you put this up right after a Bol bane wave haha

pretty sure it's not..... i'm not so familiar with the rules that i can say for sure that it's not against the rules but i don't think it is. could be because you were spectating and speaking with the people whom you were spectating? can't imagine they'd be huge on that (even with a time delay it's not something i think they'd encourage) idk man, god luck with that.

No, you won't get banned for using Curse Voice, just like you won't get banned for using Teamspeak or Skype.

When Riot talks about bannable software, it's things that interact with your game to give you an edge. Before they officially added Jungle Timers into League, Curse Voice added them. That's why Curse Voice use to be problematic. You'd have similar problems if you used software that tracked your enemies cooldowns or displayed their ranges.

Curse, team speak and skype are all allowed, riot might be detecting aim assisting, unfair programs, or botting

definitely aint curse voice, i have that on my pc. used it and several other voice chats for years
