@Meddler: Promotions should be announced in post-game lobby chat just like Mastery 4/5 is.

You know how it will say in the post-game lobby when someone reached level 4 or 5 Mastery with their champion? It should do the same with Promotions, too. Not demotions or failure to be promoted, just getting promoted.
