What does Faker do when he gets flamed?

Good players are good because they don't tilt as often.

Not tilting means that they basically don't pay attention to other people's bullshit, and he stays concentrated on the game.

i mean, there are the fans and people who know him and will show him respect no matter what.

then there are other people who will probably rub his face in crap if they beat him, even more so because of his reputation. but i imagine those type of mentalities won't get you very far but i could easily be quite mistaken
