I'm not a Kassadin player at all but I think it's really lame that he has amazing cosmic blue eyes in his splash art but in game his head looks like an empty helmet

probably a texture rebalance issue not a big one. and also the cosmic energy is flowing around him not just under him, the model is different than the splash art it's strange.
