You do realize its like 2-3 in the morning where Riot HQ is, do you really think anyone is there? im sure they will start to give people their mystery champions/skins in the morning around 9-10am their time!
It's not July 1st everywhere yet, especial not 5 hours ago. Just wait a couple hours/at least half a day before saying 'where's mah free stuff.' I'd imagine it's a script they'll turn on somewhere around 8am Pacific Time, (currently 6:08 there,) and peoples will get them within a couple minutes to a couple hours after that, depending on how the script sends them out.
