Can we at least get some Riot context on why newly released champions isn't disabled in Ranked?
I mean come on, you disabled Yorick in Worlds when they started playing Patch 6.18 where he got his newly rework on, so why can't you do the same logic on the public server as well? It really sounds like you're highly discriminating the fact that pro-player's elo & face matters more than our hard-working Rank climbing.
Usually every time when a newly released champion or reworked one was released, a lot of my friends tend to either avoid playing Ranked games for about a week or two, or hope that they could at least get to ban her. I just hate it when I know a couple of them are highly committed into climbing to the highest ranking system & plans to play out their very best with each second counts, and then they got backfired & troubled by the newly released/reworked champions which can really give them lots of trouble.
Sure, you can say that the new/reworked champions theory also works on older champions where players didn't familiarized themselves with them. But do know the fact that not even 50% of the whole League community has a PBE account, so the chances of not knowing the new/reworked champion compared to older champions are a lot higher.
So here comes the main point on what I want to hear from Riot. Seriously:
#Why do you refuse to disable newly released/reworked champions in Ranked games for about a week or two?
I really hope I could get a response from any kind Rioters available.....
