Is the party IP bonus over now?

They will be extending it when Dynamic queue is live, the only reason it was going to be extended was because no one was able to get the 450% bonus from Dynamic queue so there is no point in extending the event while Dynamic queue is still down. Dynamic queue is expected to go live tomorrow, after further testing in EUW, so they will bring back the IP Boost and tag it along with Lunar Revel which also starts tomorrow I believe.
