BTW: I don't generally play mid or top (because it takes forever in teambuilder) but feel free to recommend one anyways. Also, I don't like champs that fall off late game.

Still young to the game of champs I see. Velkoz makes a great mid/support, and can blast a lot of spells out before running out of mana, also has high dmg even in support. Annie also has good poke, takes a bit more mana, but her dmg reward is worth it (Mid or support), Morgana is great if you have patience and can hit Q's. I won't recommend melee assassins as you're not in that area, but if you like adc, you may wait until Kalista releases? Just some options. All the champs I listed I play in both roles, maybe not so much on this account as I barely have any champs, and they never get boring. Velkoz especially.
Buy Lucian. Then Buy Kalista when she comes out. Win gaems.
