Worlds doesn't determine anything. Viegar has always been the way he is. He has always been able to one shot carries with his ult. Tahm has always been able to deal a lot of damage and be a tank. Mordekaiser (since his rework) has always been a top ban as well as most of the juggernauts. Vayne has always been able to do % Max HP True damage (still OP and ive been complaining for a long time about it).

It doesn't bring anything new. All world's does is let people see the pros play against pros. It may bring some champion's issues to light (Vayne not being one) but others it doesn't (taric being one with a point and click 2 second stun).

I just commented its not LCS its worlds championship. LCS is differnet
