Need help finding an answer to....

The top lane bruisers, that you simply cannot kill, cannot out push them and eventually start getting zoned away from CS. More recently i'm talking about the Garens and the Renektons. I most commonly play Wukong which is admitting quite weak against those top lane bruisers that Wukong simply cannot kill.

What should i do against these types of champions? Am i forced to rush a tank item just to survive the storm? Or can i build my damage item and play a certain way to beat them?

Or should i just say screw it and play those bruisers instead? lol
