I refuse to lose. (steps to win seemingly unwinnable games!)

This is a concept I came up with last game i played, let me enlighten you on the best way to carry your team if they are feeding and you are not already super fed.

Take a look at this match: http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1861325773/210616440?tab=overview

So, let me start by saying that I was in a series, I carried the first game, and second game I lost because of an intentional feeder. So the last game, botlane support and adc fed and ditto with jg. By late game they were both 0-8. And jungle was 2-7. Top lane had an even score, I would say he slightly beat his lane.

Alright So I'm going to break this down into steps, if you haven't checked the match history yet I would check it now.

Prerequisites: You cant just feed your lane and go 0-10 with 100 cs in 30 minutes and expect to carry your team, not gonna happen. You need to be ahead or at least even to do this, you cant solo carry your team if your behind. You don't need to be super ultra fed af 20-0 to do this, however you do need to be ahead and be able to at least 1v1 4 people on the enemy team. Another thing, you need to have some game knowledge, don't have to have great mechanics, but game knowledge is super important. Last thing, you need to know your champion's limits, you need to know if you can win that 1v1, or 1v2, if you don't know whether you can win in those situations, then there isn't a lot of hope. Alright, lets get too it.

First Step: win your lane or get ahead of your lane in the mid game, simple as that, you cant win if you are behind. Also, FARM WELL.

Second Step (most important): You have to, as the title says, refuse to lose. You need to go in your mind and say, "you know what? I will NOT lose this game, I REFUSE to lose this game." If you have any doubts, the later steps won't matter. And you should go ahead and surrender your game.

Third Step: Actually figure out HOW you can win the game, what is you comps strengths and weaknesses, what is the enemy teams comps strengths and weaknesses, this is where game knowledge comes into effect. I'm going to use the match I have linked up top as an example, might wanna read along with that match pulled up. So, lets look at enemy team first, they have (in order from top, jg, mid, adc, and supp) MonkeyKing mRengar ,Kassadin ,Lucian , and Morgana My team consists of Vladimir ,Shyvana ,Yasuo (me),Ashe , and Alistar . Now if you look at the item builds of the enemy team, you will notice something VERY important, they have NO tanks, ignoring Morgana frozen heart of course :D. This allows me to do a 1 thing, not itemize vs armor! as you will see in my build instead of item 3035 (the normal item in a yasuo build) I instead have a item 3072 ! This gives me a big AD boost and helps me carry harder than I would normally be able too. I also have a item 3153 , you may ask, why botrk if there is no hp stacking, why not instead go item 3074 ? well, because of lucian and kassadin, I want to KILL them, with blade of the ruined king I am able to catch up to kassadin after he riftwalks, and lucian is no longer able to kite me! Because of the fact that they have no tanky initiators, I am able to use my teammates and my wind wall as shields until the MonkeyKing ,Morgana initiations are over. and then go in and clean up the fight easily because of my damage. Now I am the damage dealer of my team, aside from her utility, Ashe is completely useless. Vladimir can do a decent amount of damage, but he is not fed enough compared to the enemy team to do much. And of course Shyvana and Alistar are all cc. Basically If I use my team as meatshields for the duration of the initiation, then I can rip through the entire enemy team by myself. Now, my team has 2 tanks, ap, ashe has perma slow, and a 3 second hard stun ult. I need to use these things to my advantage, because honestly, to win games by "solo carrying" you need to use your team, unless of course you can literally 1v5.

Step Four: GET FED, pick off the enemy team, get fed enough to 1v2 and start cleaning up kills. BUT remember that you are the carry and you CAN'T die! Also remember to have the most cs in the game. Now the 1v2/1v1 aspect is why you need to have knowledge about your champions limits, Rengar and Kassadin tried to 1v2 me, I had to think hard about it, but i realized that I could 1v2. And I did.

Step Five: SHOTCALL, remember that even if your ENTIRE team is having a bad game, they are at your MMR for a reason, they may be less consistent than you, but they are most likely just as good as you, and probably want to win the game just as much as you (except for intent feeders, FK youTristana !!!) And sometimes you can't do this step simply because your team won't listen to you, but 99% of the time, unless you are super toxic, they will listen to you. especially if you are fed. Lets do another example, this time with my drag shotcalls. Notice how the enemy team didn't get a single drag? I shot called every single drag my team got. I did it so well that the enemy team wasn't able to keep up with the drag, this was a big contribution to winning that game. I will give another example, this actually lead to us winning the game directly. My team had gotten baron because we aced the enemy team while they were getting inhib. So after I called baron, we did it, backed, and pushed as 5 mid. Now the enemy team has a lot of pick potential under tower, especially with MonkeyKing . So I called a rotate top, there was a large wave and there was still a tier 2 there, this was the shot call that won the game. When I called the rotate, the enemy team followed. Since as long as I didn't die, our team fights were stronger (especially with baron) We 5v5'd them mostly under their tier 2, If we had 5v5'd them under their inhib tower, we would have lost the game. Well, thats the last step!

Sorry for the SUPER long post, but if it helped any of you then great! Please no silver shaming, just because I am silver doesn't mean this advice isn't useful to gold and maybe even plat/diamond players. I never said I was super good at the game, but I definitely know how to carry games. :D
