Are Swain and Warwick intended to have in game model updates?

With the new base splash arts on the PBE, Swain getting a small rework during the Mage revamp, and Warwick being speculated to have a rework soon, are those two champions going to get in game model updates? From what I understand both Warwick and Swain are using either the base or refined version of their original models on release, and are both in need of a revamp.

Can we get a general time frame (mage update, this year, back of the list for now)?
