Yeah, I'm talking to you, the guy who says stuffs like:

"OMG WHY DID I GET BANNED FOR TOXICITY!!! THERE'S THIS GUY WHO INTENTIONAL FEEDS LIKE A FKING TROLL, AND YET, IM BANNED FOR BEING TOXIC! WTF IS THIS RIOT????"

First of all, not saying I don't completely believe you, just that there's a chance that you're calling them "Intentional feeders" simply from being frustrated due to having tons of losing streak. I can understand your frustration if it were a Rank game, but in Normals, you're just stepping over the line.

Here's a few characteristics of Newbies & Intentional Feeders:

#Newbies

  • CS skills are kind of off.
  • Attempting to try out weird stuffs like Malzahar jungle.
  • Still has map awareness, just that he's more careless in certain games.
  • Doesn't rages about his deaths.
  • Playing lanes with free weekers (always a high chance they're new with it)

#Intentional Feeders

  • Stated in chat that he will feed/troll.
  • Not taking the match seriously.
  • Picks a random-ass champ selection such as AP Jinx Jungle.
  • Does idiotic unnecessary plays such as trying to do a Shuriman Shuffle in a 1v5 situation as Azir, or spitting you to enemy team as Tahm Kench.
  • Solo baron/dragon as other champions besides Yi/Shyvana or any other 1v1 duelist, like Bard.
  • Spats toxic crap like "gg ez""lol ur such a noob" & anything related.

Understand these differences before you state it in your permaban/suspension/chat restriction thread.

while most of what your saying is true, when matchmaking typically pairs you with people that have a similar amount of games played and you have a few hundred to a few thousand games played you cant really call them newbies anymore. Its pretty easy to tell when someone is intentionally feeding and not everyone is obvious about it and on top of that alot of times they try to make it look like they are noobs to avoid bans.
