To anyone who has concerns of whether Riot is going to fix Sion's Q & R bugs

I sent a ticket few days ago, and this is their response. Turns out this bug seems impossible to fix, and may take some time:

I honestly hope that this bug isn't preventing you from enjoying playing Sion, one of my main champion. ;(

This bug is a bug that only affects Sion when:

1. Using normal cast
2. pressing both Q and R at the same time

Sadly, this bug is really difficult to fix and is very stubborn, we are looking to fix this bug, but I can't put a time on it. If you ever experience this in game, switching to quick cast should fix the issue.

If you are looking to learn Sion, I could offer some useful tips.
