Make sure your Snowdown Shop discount is greater than an upcoming sale before buying

There are a lot of deals coming through this holiday season and January's sales have been announced as well. If you're going to buy a skin from your Snowdown Shop make sure the skin is not coming up in another sale soon, and if it is, don't buy it if the coming sale is at a greater discount. Links below.

Yea, I got Pharaoh Amumu for 60% off in my shop.

At least it beats the sale, but it feels like a rip off that he took up one of my big discount slots. Instead of a 60% discount on a good skin (like 975RP or more), I get a 10% discount compared to the sale on Dec 20th, on a 520RP skin. So it's literally a 52RP discount on a skin I don't even want taking up one of my best slots :(

I'm still wondering if the sales stack. Like i got Exiled Morgana 20% off in my shop. But she's going on sale 12-23-15 and i was wondering if the 20% is also added onto her sale. Do you know if this is true?
