riot, the least you could do is let us go into promos if we are between 90-100 LP
really, if you are at like 95 LP you should just be able to go ahead and do your promos. if we can't just do without them (at least for now) at least let us have this

Why change the system mid season? They won't. They have changes thought up but wont execute them till preseason my good sir.
because if they do that the cap would just be 90 LP instead of 100. Which defies the entire point anyways. Then people are gonna continue to rage when they get 89 LP "Damnit I only needed one more LP fk you rito!!!!!"
