Caitlyn Rework Idea
Passive: Dead Eye: When Caitlyn is not moving or auto attacking, she charges her next auto attack. Depending on how long she has stood still, her next auto attack can get up to double range. At level 1, the charge rate for this will be 20 seconds, going down a little by level 11, and dramatically by level 16. This passive only works 3 minutes into the game.
Q: FMJ: Toggle on/off On - Caitlyn's bullets pierce every enemy hit until it reaches its final target. Costs X amount of mana per shot. Damage goes down by 20% depending on how many units it went through, down to a minimum of 40% damage. Attack always goes until Caitlyn's max attack range. (In order to make an incentive to actually put points into this skill, I had an idea of making the damage not go down at max rank, but I'm afraid that would make her op during laning) The first unit hit takes 100% AD + 10% Bonus True damage - Cannot proc on the same unit more than once for 12/10/8/6/4 seconds. Off - Caitlyn Auto Attacks Normally
W: Yordle Snap Trap: When stepped on, target is rooted for 1/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.5 seconds, and slowed for 99% decaying quickly for 1.5 seconds (Trap also grants vision). Additionally, Caitlyn gets max stacks of her passive, and if she is able to auto attack the crippled target, they will take bleed damage equal to 50/100/150/200/250 + 12% of their missing health over 4 seconds.
E: 90 Caliber Net: Caitlyn fires a net from her gun (somehow), knocking her 650 units backwards, and snaring the target hit by .6/.7/.8/.9/1 seconds. If a champion is hit by the net, she will gain max stacks of her passive, and her next auto attack on the crippled champion will increase the snare duration by .5 seconds.
R: Snipers Nest: On activate, at the cost of loosing mobility, Caitlyn sets up the perfect shot against an enemy, gaining vision in a cone 2000 units in front of her. Part 2: Ace in the hole: 300/500/700 Once Caitlyn has found her target, she has the ability to fire 1 bullet. This pullet packs quite the punch, and will penetrate all units, diminishing in damage by 33% to a minimum of 20 percent damage. If a champion is killed by the bullet, the bullet will not loose damage, but instead deal 33% more damage to the next target. This damage amplifier stacks for each champion killed. Deals 400 percent damage to minions. O and It's global
This may sound like a rip off of Jhin's ult, which it totally is, but lets face it, that Jhin ult is perfect for Caitlyn.
