If you can't say GG ez now...

How about GG Ezreal ?

But in all serious why do people get so angry about it? I actually get a chuckle when I see someone type it around the end game.

I never came across a game where an enemy or a player kept saying gg ez or anything. Frankly people need to learn not to get so easily angry just by four letters. At least they are saying good game! They could be saying Good Game Easy. That doesn't even sound half bad if you see it like that.

It's not that people are necessarily angry - it's just unsportsmanlike behavior.

I'm sure you, like myself, have been on both the winning team and the losing team. Of course, it feels awesome to win, especially if it was a back and forth game, and it came down to one team fight. We've all been on the losing side of this, too, and hearing the enemy say, "GG ez" or, "rekt" feels really crappy.

How's it going idiot!

Hey, at least I said how's it going. That's really polite. Just ignore the last part of my sentence. That's essentially the argument you are making. People get offended because its an insult disguised as sportsmanship.

However, I find it very funny when someone on the opposing team says "gg ez", especially if it was a 4v5 or 3v5. Its like, wow you really kicked our but in an unfair fight, good for you! You must be the next faker! And its usually the 1/5/3 guy who got carried hard who says it.

Because "easy" is trivial, it's not a challenge, you don't have to think about it.

It's why people get upset when you say "easy", you pretty much just said that they wasted your time, and they are a worthless, pathetic excuse for a player.

You can find the reasoning here. In the Summoner's Code, #6 says "Show Humility in Victory, and Grace in Defeat."

It means be a good sport in every circumstance, because you've probably been where your opponent has.

Saying "GG EZ" and whining when you get busted "at least I said 'GG.' Lighten up!" is a pretty scumbag thing to do. It's a backhanded insult, like offering to shake hands with someone before pulling back and saying "Psych" before slapping them in the face.
