For the record riot is the reason people are toxic.
All they would have to do is ban the afkers and intentional feeders and a good 40 - 60% of the "toxic" players wouldn't be toxic

I can understand if someone kept afking and intentionally feeding. The problem is if it's just one time you can't really ban the person for one simple mistake! Especially since so many people have different definitions of a feeder. Afk is pretty simple, but then again it needs to be consistence.
