League with one arm?

So I have 2 friends from school who I knew played league, one day we played with a few of their friends, also from school, they mentioned chase was playing and I was confused because I've talked to him and he was born with half an arm. His arm is a nub and when I asked if it was him they said yeah, surprisingly tho he did really good. So I just want to know how does one go about playing league with only one full arm? I don't have anything against him at all but he can cast abilities with his left arm but his right arm is half the normal length, is there an adapter or how did he play?

I think MagikarpUsedFly (youtuber) plays with an extremely customized gaming mouse instead of a keyboard and mouse. It's possible that he could just be playing with a mouse like that.

their is a youtube video of a guy with no arms getting a penta kill. I havent watched it in a while so he might have had 1 arm. but Im pretty certain he was armless.
