UNIQUE Passive:Every basic attack apply 1 stack on the enemy last for 1.5 second up to 4 stacks, At 4 stacks it will slow the enemy movement speed by 15% for 1 second then it Refresh (stacks will go back to 0).
You know what, this item is actually really shtty, BUT i know of an idea that could be good: Executioner's Calling(1900g) + B.F. Sword(1550g) + 350g = 3800g Axe of Fire: 80 Attack Damage, 25% Critical Chance, UNIQUE Passive: Basic attacks apply grievous wounds and apply a 45% slow (slow is reduced to 35% for range champions) for 1.5 seconds to their targets.
This will solve executioner's problem with not having an upgrade item hence to why it doesn't get bought, plus frozen mallet needs to get rework anyways.
Yasuo with even more chase potential/a psuedo Braum passive?
