TBH luden's echo is overestimated .

The proc from ludens is really strong and can make certain kits much stronger.

If you aren't building Rabadon's you are either an AP bruiser or going to have a really bad day.

ludens on a caster is prime meta all day unless you bruisin around. get it and be good because you have it. there is an INSANE difference between a caster with it, and the SAME caster with something else.

point being, ludens is game breaking, and when i say game breaking, i mean as in since its release, it has been in 100% of games because its broken and everyone knows it.

Its the best damage you can buy early game and the movespeed is seriously valuable.
