UMmmmm Riot?

I had no chat restrictions and had a 35 game restriction for ranked. I played them draft pick and only needed 2 more games until i could played ranked again. I tried to log on today to finish them and i couldn't connect. I finally logged on and now i have 70 chat restrictions on top of 35 games more till i can play ranked?

Explain why and how that is possible? In other words how am I getting more game restrictions to play ranked when you can only get that penalty from playing ranked which i couldn't even play in the first place?

This is what I was recently reported as in Draft pick ..... (Not ranked)
