Tilt.

Okay so, this quite sadly has been affecting my game play because it's happened lots and seems like no one I've met so far deals with the kind of tilt I get. Looking at my match history with defeats is known to be tilt to many players but I don't care about winning or losing, I just want to have fun with my favorite champ with or without a win. My tilt in all honesty is how I can play perfectly for a good 3 weeks, great prediction, poke, outplay, trade, roam, build, etc. Next day, any day I forget how to play. People say it's good to take breaks but that actually makes it a wee bit worse for me because I'll come back playing poorly after a couple of days. I don't even understand how people go on hiatus for months and return, playing how they remember too and hitting their skill shots even so. Anyway I enjoy playing league during my spare time but somehow even when I'm having multiple bad games, people will continue to be toxic. As much as I try going far to add a comment in defense, they get their friends or allow the rest of my teammates to ruin my game. My tilt is basically forgetting how to play... literally, is there any tips besides going on break? I main Ahri and I do well with her, not the plat well, just an average Ahri that plays decently in Gold. When on "tilt week" as I call it, it feels like I'm playing Ahri for the first time. I have been playing since last summer, which is the scary part so I got the hang of what I'm doing and then there it is, tilt. _Boom. _Don't get me wrong, I've won lanes against many higher golds and average plats (Not implying I'm plat). So.. I don't know, what can I do to prevent this ridiculous tilt of mine?

taking breaks is a good strategy

listening to music as you play is another - go to youtube, find music YOU LIKE and add them to a playlist and then run that playlist (or perhaps just listen to some tunes you have downloaded)

playing with friends also helps (voice chat works especially well)

adapting a very passive and cautious playstyle will never result in tiltage (but it will make the game much harder/slower/unfun)

stay hydated, well fed (with snacks) and keep the room that you are playing league in at a comfortable temperature. Basically make everything as comfortable as possible when you play (if this means bringing a pillow/blanket as you play, then so be it).

relax your expectations on others (this tilts a lot of players, when you expect a teammate to know what you know and do what you expect/want them to do, but then they don't do it and then you die is a big tilt factor). Just focus entirely on playing as best as you can.

not dying. this is usually the result of the passive and cautious playstyle. but deaths tend to lead to tilt.
