Can Rito make a New Year's resolution

To actually make an attempt to fix the servers? Like, I'm not asking for much. Not even asking for an east coast server where I can have an equal ping (though it makes no sense to me why any other game I play has this, but they don't). I'm simply asking for them to make an honest effort to fix something. Take a pick, the shitty client that you have to try to connect to 4 times, the terrible ping that has gotten worse over time, the attempting to reconnect, the bugsplats...the list goes on.
