Random Audio Question PLEASE

I was wondering if there is anyway to play music through my bluetooth soundbar and then have league(game) sound come through my usb Headset. I am on the most recent version of windows 10 and am using the standard audio driver from my hp laptop. I can play both sounds from my laptop speakers and my headphones or sound bar but I just cannot separate the audio to 2 different places. This seems like a simple thing that Microsoft could update but I just cannot find a solution ANYWHERE. If anyone knows the secret please do share <3. Love from the rift.
