does riot ban real trolls?

see if riot was constantly banning trolls, the amount of trolls per game would be going down right? mine seems to be going up. just had a jungler say "you guys lost lane so i didn't gank for you" we didn't lose tower until about 9minutes. then got dove under our t2 by their bot and their jungler after being there for 2 minutes with no jungle/mid intervention. point is i get those kinds of people almost every game. the only conclusion that i can come to is that they're not being banned. and the only reasoning i can think of for not wanting to help others is for your own personal gain. riot not wanting to help their players by taking out the roots of the most cancerous community in the history of gaming, lead me to believe that they don't ban trolls for the simple fact that they spend money.

Riot does ban trolls. It may not be as quickly as you want it to be, but it does happen.

One of the biggest problems with this, however, is that a lot of people seem to be labeling others as "trolls" when they really aren't. In the situation you talked about, to me it doesn't seem like the other player was a troll, just someone who had a different taste in judgment than you. Was their judgment a poor one? It very well could have been, but that doesn't necessarily mean that they were trolling.
