Here's a horrible idea

A couple of minutes ago I was trying the practice tool to get better with Veigar against specific champs. I couldn't because A: literally all except 2 didn't have bots made for them and B: it wasn't the same amount of challenge as fighting actual people. So it just turned into me messing with the tools and a little voice in my head said "Let's give Veigar 6 Gnashor Teeth" and HOLY SHIT it was a awesome! So now i'm thinking, what if we could do this with full teams of 5? So, here's my idea: Two teams. Five minutes. No turrets. Lvl 18 out of the gate. Infinite gold. It would be just a race to the nexus. Everyone would buy full items sets from the beginning. (Armor Items are not allowed. Because Rammus. And no life-steal/movement speed items either.) And just so it doesn't end too quickly, the matches would consist of rounds of five or four. In terms of position it would be two people top, two people bot, and 1 mid. Respawn times would stay at about 3-4 seconds as to keep opponents to not get large distance advantages from one kill. Oh, did I forget to mention the only way to get to other lanes is to go back the way you came? No cutting through the jungle to gank for team mates. You can still recall/TP back and stop enemy champs that way, if that wasn't clear. Instead of wards I'm thinking of a beacon style Item, It would allow people to jump to it without needing to equip teleport as a summoner spell. And also no nexus guarding. If you hang around the base for more then 20 seconds, you are then warped to your designated lane. Same thing goes if you try to stay in someone else's lane permanently. Like I said each round will last about five minutes. If neither side reaches the other's nexus before time is up, the victory is decided by most team kills. I'm still deciding if banning champions would be apart of it. Anyway, I'm just calling this, Summoners Rift: Panic Mode. Because I suck at naming things.
