Also. I have an arcade hecarim skin shard and a magnificent tf skin shard. I don't feel like I'll ever play Hecarim enough to get it but I kinda want the skin anyways. Should I just Zap it so I can get the legacy tf skin now or wait for some other skin I don't want.

Get Lissandra. She's a lot more interesting with the different angles you can pull off with her E blink mechanics, plus she counters melee assassins (Zed).
