Its been a month riot, give us the Blood Moon Skins

It seems rather strange that they have been keeping the skins from us. It either means they are meant for some event, or some updating is needed but since they won't say what is wrong with the skins one can only assume which is why a lot of people think it's for lunar event coming in February, but they claim it's not. If it's not though then why don't they release the skin already?
