Mastery Level 8
Riot should do a Mastery Level 8. To get it you have to hit S+ ratings 4 times. It would really force someone to really master a champion so well. The reward would be a victorious skin or something for that champ.

im not hating on the idea but riot cant make a victorious skin for each champion in the near future.
Thing is though, this would be literally impossible for anyone in Diamond or above. For you to get an S+ the match must have basically been a hilariously one-sided stomp which doesn't happen at high elo because people know how to play from behind.
they should make a mastery skin for them. idea from heroes of the storm and it will cost 10k ip* (actualy use for ip if u have all champions and stuff)
