Out of curiosity has riot actually fired anyone?

Like we hear that employees are working and they admit they've screwed up but they keep persevering and get through it and it got me wondering:

Has Riot actually ever fired anyone thats not coming up to scratch or doing their job?

Genuinely curious here :o. Like I don't mean any offense or trying to imply that certain people should be fired, just curious.
