I recenty after checking the PBE and saw the lunar wraith morgana skin i instantly put the RP onto my account to purchase the skin since the PBE header said this would be for 6.1 I didnt figure it would be out, so my question is when does the skin come out? (put the rp on last night as an fyi.)

The skins won't be out for this recent patch. Seeing how the skins are to commemorate Chinese New Years it makes sense that they release it around Febuary. At the earliest late January!
