Can Olaf get a texture update?

I just finished playing Brolaf and I realized his textures are rather unbalanced. I know Olaf is rather much a dead champion ( I never seem him played, only as myself as he has always been my favorite) but who else thinks Olaf should get a texture update? I understand there are major updates to be done but a texture update isn't as prioritized as other tasks.
