Honestly, it was perfectly fine the way it was. I'm not sure what it went down for, but you guys replaced it with some stupid system that gives players 0 insight as to what they did. Furthermore, your support ticket system is a complete joke, as those people don't even read the comments. They just copy and paste the same stupid message in that has nothing to do with the question. It only seems like common sense to tell people what they were banned for. "You have been chat restricted for X games because you said X, Y, and Z". Seems pretty simple to me. According to you guys, you have people review each case anyway, so it wouldn't waste anymore time.

Well, the primary reason it went down was that it stopped building cases properly. Since they had to take it down to fix that issue, they decided to update it at the same time.

It's my understanding that as of now, the primary delay on getting it back up is hangups regarding the world-wide rollout. Specifically, the web tech used in some regions' sites won't support it, so they're trying to fix that.

Personally, I wouldn't mind if they gave up on rolling it world-wide and focused on getting it up in places where the prep's done, to free up resources, but that's just my opinion.
