Bring team builder back and fix current rank champ select

So first of all I don't understand why riot removed team builder. Just because they added their new rank system doesn't mean they can't have team builder too. Team builder was revolutionary in normal games where you could build a comp with friends or just play whatever character you wanted and have no one to ruin it. Lets say a new champion comes out and you really want to try them in a normal game, because you know they are going to be banned in draft or ranked and everyones gonna choose them in blind pick, so you would pick them in team builder and wait to be picked up by someone. Sure those kind of queues could take hours some times but if you really wanted to play a certain champion that bad it would be worth it, especially since ranked queues are that bad now anyways because people forget to hit accept or lock in. Which leads to my next point, please god fix this "remember to lock in" bs. It didn't used to be this way and even the game, heroes of the storm, that you blatantly got this rank system idea from doesn't require you to lock in before time runs out. "But it keeps people from afking in champ select" no it keeps people from afking when selecting their champ but they can literally afk at any point in time before or after and still screw you over, in fact they can do that during champ select anyways and just kick everyone out of the lobby for the 5th time. As for the ban phase yes this makes sense but if they select a champ and their time runs out they need to have that champ. Finally, a problem I have is sometimes league doesn't agree with my connection, i literally have perfectly fine connection in everything else except blizzard games some times, which causes me to sometimes get into a lobby a few seconds later or have my timer be wrong by almost 10 seconds at times. This means that with the new system sometimes I could be close to if not kicked out of the lobby without even knowing it or knowing why. So main points, tldr, bring back team builder for normal games and get rid of this needing to lock in or get kicked.

PS: there seems to be a bug sometimes where the option to accept matches doesnt pop up so you get kicked out over and over but it just seems like its not letting you queue, so look into that too pls.
