That item is so strong for being so cheap lol.
Fuck, people think Zhonyas active is too OP. Why don't we just change seekers to do the same thing against physical damage and Zhonyas do the same as that item hex builds into? Oh yeah, because then Zed couldn't make flashy plays anymore.
It is funny how you literally become immune to Garen's Ultimate.
Having an AP item like that would be stronger than an AD item one because.....I can't think of anything other than rito wouldn't sell AD assassin skins...
A smart Garen will never get baited by a hexdrinker. (especially because it can trigger starting at 30%) A funny thing is if you give Garen 20 AP and take the perk in offense that adds 5% of your AP on his auto attacks it effectively counters hexdrinker. (Because his auto-attacks will deal an additional 1 magic damage. Btw that is done by simply getting an amplifying tome (building Triforce)) Actually it might be like 21 ap... idk id have to mess with it again.
