Riot we need a new Bilgewater champion

I just want to get a new Bilgewater champ, the last one who had any connection to the city was Nautilus and he got released on 2/13/12. Yes, it has been 2 years since the city-state got a new representative. Now I know you want to make all your champs more varied and original then they used to be, but we still need one more pirate champ so we can do the 3 vs 3 on TT of pirates vs ninjas. I think most people can agree with the fact that Bilgewater has been mostly ignored in the lore department.
