Unorganized Team: Advice Needed Please

As of late I am finding that I am starting off very strong. Often times winning lane and taking first tower top lane. While that is all good, what happens afterwards is often a train reck when grouped with unruly, non- listening teammates.

I am of the mindset that if someone on your team is fed, or at the very least well ahead of most, if not all of the other team is when you need to strike hard and start pushing objectives. However on these teams, when people just don't listen I am stuck on what to do. Scenario 1: I find myself pushing solo to the first base turret only to get jumped by multiple if not all members of the enemy team. (Meanwhile rest of the team is either farming in our jungle - IN GROUPS, or re spawning, or anything other than being productive) Scenario 2: I find myself with a lot of idle time, following the group around- watching them and babysitting them as they farm in the jungle, or otherwise being unproductive. Idle time wasting- letting the other team catch up on my levels- end result is typically around mid to late match- myself being max level- most if not all of the enemy team now around the same as I, and my team 2-3 levels (minimum) behind. (Nothing like being 18, and seeing your "ADC" just got 16).

When your team does not listen to pings, when they do not understand how to read or understand or support your split effort, when they would rather argue over wolves and group instead of baiting a dragon fight or taking dragon- what is one left to do?

What do you do in this situation? I know it can't be mark it up as a loss and move on.. I have to be missing something because it has been happening far too often lately.
