Lucian's a bit of a stretch, but there aren't really any other ADCs associated with the Shadow Isles, so meh.

honestly there are tons of team comps you can do this with, riot even released a list of 10 of their favorites. would be fun to have a ranked team that does this every game, I'd name it "Theme Park" or something like that

The opposite team would have to consist of all the sugar rush and candy themed skins just so that they can yell at the police officers that they have no donuts.
