i woke up and then i couldnt move or talk for a while ( sleep paralysis ) damn that feel when you get ulted by malz :( sadly i had no qqs :((

This happens when you wake up during REM cycle, most of the time caused by sleeping on your stomach, you are literally paralysed and it just makes you want to sleep again. Not a medical issue. Fairly common. Just not remebered, because you more than likely will go back to bed and forget the incident.

Pretty sure sleep paralysis happens when you sleep on your back, unless we are not talking about the same thing.

Sleep paralysis occurs when the brain and body aren't quite on the same page when it comes to sleep. During rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, dreaming is frequent, but the body's muscles are relaxed to the point of paralysis, perhaps to keep people from acting out their dreams. This means there is quite literally any position it can happen in. Personally, this only happens to me when I am on my stomach.

Weird, when I read about people getting sleep paralysis and seeing scary things they said that it can be prevented by sleeping on your stomach.

As someone who (used to) gets sleep paralysis frequently, I know your pain. Every time I get ult'd by malz in game I relive the experience but with space aids too.
