End of Game Victory/Defeat Animations (Bugged or Intentional)?

Firstly, thank you for the animations, they're really cool! And thank you for updating TT, CS and HA with the images ^^

What I haven't heard in the animations are the particles of the broken Nexus forming it (view the video). Right now it's quiet and all you hear is the announcer stating victory / defeat.

Bug or intentional?

The video is yes, it was published 5 months ago before the new SR went live. They weren't finish with it yet though and recently gave it some minor updates.
