There should be an enemies list not just an ignore list

Keep your ignore list but make an enemies list too.

That way ppl can chose to ignore or strangle their hated ones. Showing hatred is one of the few precious pleasures in this life, and I hate to see it unappreciated in mediums such as this. riot, if you have any reason, you would create an enemy list so u cna be aware of the presence of ppl u hate and then matchmake u and ur enmey on oppopsite teams :)

If there was an option to "Add Rival" and both players consented then i think that would be a fun feature.

The matchmaking on opposite teams would be easily abused just add some really bad players and play against them, but a list of your enemies sounds like fun feature ^^
