Does the Tribunal work still?

Got out of a match where it was just a complete total crapfest, our jungle was worthless and trolling, didn't bother helping any lane that needed help when he had multiple opportunities to, then our bot lane support decides it's perfectly okay to tell me to "go drink bleach" and "kill yourself with a razor and post your scars on tumblr" or whatever the hell, this is completely out of line and i reported him for it and said what he did, i expect a ban on this person, that is the exact same thing as a death threat, that is severely out of line and requires punishment, people like this should not be aloud to play this game EVER.

Not to mention what this shows about the community when everybody else in the room just laughs except our top lane and me the mid lane, the enemy just "lol'd" and the support(the offender) and the adc were obviously a duo and a very toxic one at that.

This is unacceptable behavior by every means, i expect to see this person banned. There is only so much the mute button does, it doesn't pre mute someone before they say something like this, so the whole "just mute them" thing doesn't work, because it's not what they say after their muted that's the problem, it's what they say BEFORE they get muted that is the issue.
