IP Farming Room?

So recently I've been really getting into league as far as Runes and Mastery's go. And I was wondering, is making a farm room legal? Like, If I made a custom game with all squishy Intermediate Bots and get 5 Players and we just chill and do Rifts or Dominions?

pretty sure customs don't give ip. your best bet for "fast" ip is ARAM

customs give ip if you have at least 5 humans on SR 3 on TT 5 on ARAM or 5 or crystal scar and both teams have to have equal number of people (just add bots for blank spots
