because i would pay big bucks to have Phreak's voice announce my league matches

I would like announcer packs for champions too, like Jinx or Bard.
it would be a great idea, and the community (at least from what ive seen on various sites) wants this to be the real deal! The only problem i have is how will it work? will it be universal in the sense that one person can use it for the whole team? each person has their own? how would spectating other matches work?
Personally for me, i wouldnt want pro-league players, or their staff to make announcer packs. it just wouldnt feel right, and kill my mood of the game, especially if im force to hear it because someone on my team has it! I would rather them stick to a male/female, or even champion would probably be ok. If anything though it would be nice to be able to have (updated regularly) different languages. I have heard from other versions of this game, and some of them are actually well done. I currently play using the Korean female announcer and she just sounds more in to it, but i would love to be able to change back freely to English, or even Czech is nice as well!
