I doubt Fizz will be perma banned, It gets banned 20% of my games currently and I don't expect it to go higher specialy after the recent nerfs

Yasuo really isn't banned in high ELO much because he's trash lmao

Fizz was mostly banned only because Tank Fizz was a thing But the tank Fizz nerfs pretty much took care of that And said nerfs also nerfed AP Fizz till 375 AP

So outside of low ELO, neither will be perma'd. lawl
