I haven't gotten a key fragment in 20+ Games?

I've had a leftover chest my inventory for about 3 weeks now and I've been waiting for a key to open it. I've played well beyond 20 games and have yet to get the two key fragments I need? I've won 74% of my last 20 as well so it's not like losing is the reason why.

getting key fragments gets harder and harder the more keys you get, however it re-sets every month. so spam games early Nov.

Just hit my promos for b2 :) That makes reaching b4, going back down to b5, and going back up to b3 in a matter of like 6 days.
